off the chain.
i made this harness out of various chains a couple of weeks ago and it has been sitting on my form until now. i like how it looks like ribs, and thought on my next one i would add some more chain/ribs. i have always loved working with chain, and have made so many of these types of body chains, but this one was extra big and gold, so i love it--the bigger and blingier the better! i also made the bra out of a pair of red fishnet tights. i don't usually wear bra's unless i need coverage or a pop of color, and have been craving a red one, of course. voila! i hope you are enjoying your day. what are your plans for easter weekend? do tell!

I've been wanting to make some body chains and harnesses. Yours is great. It will look great if you add more chains as well. Anywho have a good Easter weekend!
ReplyDeleteand i love every piece of that brand (esp. the leg garter pieces), but i agree with you though, it's way too expensive.
ReplyDeletethanks for the sweet comment on my blog. love it too :)

the chain is amazing!! its such a great idea love it. the pictures are awesome as well
ReplyDeletedo you have any not DIYed clothing? haha. I do like this body chain a lot though. I have made some too, but theyre never as good as I want... I'm thinking some leather might help that...
ReplyDeleteI was watching the DVD of Jersey Shore tonight and obsessing over Sammi's frequently worn, tiny denim shorts. And here you are in tiny denim shorts!
ReplyDeleteI was about to ask you where you got that AMAZING red bra, but then I saw that you made it yourself. I'm going to move past the fact that I'm bummed I can't go get on myself, and ask will you do a DIY of a bra like that?
ReplyDeleteI really love every chain jewel and I was hardly thinking of buying a body chain, I think it's perfect for spring/summer when you take off the coat...
ReplyDeleteI usually wear shorts + thigh high's and I love!

ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous weekend, we're not doing Easter here this year, apart from handing out chocolate (though I'm getting books, lol) as it is my brother's 21st Birthday.
xx
your talent amazes me every. single. time. i've been looking for heavy gold chain for a couple of weeks with no luck so for now I'm going to totally live vicariously through your awesomeness.
ReplyDeleteas for easter? I get to sit inside and do homework. hate it.
Amazing! I love it, I am especially head over heels for those navy thigh-high socks!! I want!
ReplyDeletethose tiny beads are pretty time consuming, so i'm thinking i might do a more minimalistic navajo theme with some big chunks of turquoise? we'll see.
ReplyDeleteOOHHHH! you have my dream shoes! and adore the outfit! great post!
