new york design shop and i have teamed up for a giveaway. i am so in love with this idea. so basically what you are going to do is get inventive and diy a t-shirt. in 3 weeks we will choose a winner and you will receive a nyds tote with assorted materials. if you don't know anything about nyds you must go to their site and check it out. i really dig the concept. it is somewhere you can go for diy ideas as well as purchase materials needed for your diy. kind of like a one stop shop. i am using some of their materials right now for some diy's. really guys they rock! okay, so let me fill you in on the rules.
a. you must upload a pic of a tee you have diy'd. e-mail your pics to me at me@apparellel.com. the use of nyds materials earns you 5 extra entries.
b. visit newyorkdesignshop.com and enter your e-mail in the "stay in touch box" (lower left corner of the home page).
c. if you are a tweeter and you follow nydesignshop you get an extra entry, and if you follow me you get an extra entry as well.
d. contest will end on april 2nd giving you time to purchase materials and go crazy!
e. you will all receive 15% off at nyds throughout the contest. just enter "apparellel" at checkout.
f. contestants must live in the u.s. or canada. i am so sorry all my out of the country readers. next time!
does that sound like fun or what? i wore one of my old diy tees i made out of an x-large tee i got at the goodwill, for a little inspiration. i am so excited to see what you come up with. time to get creative!
